About the Founder

Ms. Nikita Dighe is a seasoned Certified Independent Trainer and Facilitator. With a clear mission to equip youth with essential employability and soft skills, she specializes in campus-to-corporate programs, particularly in resume building, group discussion, and interview skills, as well as communication and time management. Ms. Dighe holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Training and Development from the Indian Society of Training and Development, the only government-recognized institution for trainers in India. She also has a strong academic background in Psychology and Labor Studies. Ms. Dighe’s professional journey includes significant experience with Larsen & Toubro Construction, where she worked in the Learning and Development department.
